I always liked the beige coat from H&M with the faux leather arms but something always hold me back from buying it. So I saw this one at Vila, it looks so nicely made and it is way better quality.

 This is pretty much what it looks like on the lips, it's a pretty Barbie pink, but still not too pigmented and not too much.
Doing some little Easter preperations, not in the mood for Easter though. It feels more like a second Christmas. -.-

Wonderful Weekend

Hello Lovelys! Haven't posted something in so long, I'm sorry!!
Lauren's book Beauty was so overdue, I wanted it since the releaseing date in the States, but for some reason I never happened to buy it... So, since I finally got it, I must say: For me, her first book Style is more convenient and just more interesting because it is more about fashion and lifestyle. So, this one is really about skin&hair care as well as Make-up&hair routines for special occasions. I still didn't want to miss out on this book because Lauren is an amazing inspiration. The book is still very helpful and written easily.
I heart Lauren Conrad!

My sister was over for the weekend at my parents, so the four of us had breakfast, which is very rare. We made heavenly delicious pancakes!! (:

Original recipe from The Ultimate Southern Living Cookbook by Julie Fisher Gunter 

Buttermilk Pancakes:

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

3/4 tsp salt

2 tbsp sugar

2 large eggs, lightly beaten

2 cups buttermilk

1/4 cup vegetable oil
Toppings:
Maple syrup
Strawberries 
Raspberries

Fishtail Braid<3

Selfmade Cucumber Salad with vinegar, dill, sugar, salt and pepper. Best!!

Summerlover Seeks Some Sun.

Hellooo Lovelys! Today was a beautiful day. I woke up very early to go to Uni but we only had two lectures and were finished before noon, yay. Right after I went for a long walk to the other side the my town and climbed up that hill (you can't really call it mountain haha) because the sun was out all day and everything looked like winterwonderland.

Cozy Castle

Hey there Lovelys! Since the weekend was very chilled, I had time to lay in bed, watch Gossip Girl, go grocery shopping, cooked and of course took some photos...

I bought this dress in the UK a couple years ago. I still love it so much! I find that England has the prettiest dresses for some reason...

My bed. Bed. BEd. BED. One of my favorite places to be haha. Since quite a few people asked me qestions about my bed I thought I would talk a little bit about it. So the actual bed was bought at "Möbelkraft" in Berlin. It's a kind of bed you can add all the pieces individually together. So, I chose a white wooden bedframe, a white colored leather headboard and some silver bedlegs. I always liked my bed as it was, but i thought I wanted to make it a little more "american". So I bought (besides the big mattrasse) a little thinner mattrasse to make my bed look bigger and higher up.The thinner mattress fills up the bedframe, so I was able to put a huge white blanket on top ot it, that falls at all edges down to the floor. On top of that is my regular mattress. So, know I have my own created american queen size bed and I am so happy with it.(:

Made Milchreis (ricepudding) with applesauce and cinnamon. Fave of all!

Disappearing Dreams & Daily Desires.

Hello Lovelys(: Since I've was the very last days of my break all I did was going for a walk and enjoing the lovely weather with my friend. We watched the sun set and the sky turn to deep blue and pink.

My friend ask me to make an order at amazon.uk to buy some brushes, so I thought I need new ones anyway and I always wanted to try the brushes that are hyped even by make-up artists. They've been pretty amazing so far! I hope they will last long!

Hello Lovelys(: long time no hear... After the one week skitrip I got real sick and still am, that's why I am only updating now. I went with my family to the little town Oberwiesenthal in the Ore Mountains. It's a little ski area and not comparable with the Alpes but still very nice for a couple days to get away. Even thought we had thick fog everyday, I still enjoyed it soso much. Next year Austria is calling, though!!
